The successful candidate will direct and coordinate activities of team members who are responsible for collecting on charged-off accounts by performing the following duties:

•  Monitor call performance of team members

•  Identify team members who require training in advanced topics or remedial training.

•  Ensure that team members verify and update account information, properly code accounts and prepare documents to transfer accounts.

•  Review requests from team members to settle accounts

•  Conduct performance counseling and coaching on a frequent basis with team members

•  Maintain appropriate staffing levels for the entire team

•  Administer verbal and written counseling to correct inappropriate behavior and conduct.

Do you have call center experience?

Are you familiar with collections software applications?

Are you familiar with collection policies?

Do you have demonstrated abilities to use MS Word & Excel?

 

If so, you may be a good fit as an Quality Control Specialist.

Monitors activities of workers providing telephone collection services by performing the following duties:

•  Monitors productivity of collection account representatives and generate written reports.

•  Review automated telephone reports to identify opportunities to identify negative trends that affect employee productivity.

•  Monitors service calls to observe employee demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to policies and procedures.

•  Provide written feedback to all levels of management.

•  Prepare and document issues that would warrant disciplinary actions to be taken.

•  Monitor updates to collection database as well as responsible for departmental records.

•  Responsible to identify and communicate compliance trends verbally and in writing.

•  Identify inappropriate communications using judgment and experience.

To be successful you should possess effective organizational, communication, time-management, interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail:

•  Collecting on Pre and Post Judgment Accounts

•  Take and place inbound and outbound calls to and from customers in a highly productive blended dialer.

•  Research and explain status legal accounts regarding assets and garnishments.

•  Negotiate and approve settlement offers in accordance with company guidelines
